Experience a unique and unforgettable holiday at La Vache Noir, our beautiful, natural farm in the heart of rural France. We are in the Brenne National park, an area of unspoilt beauty, famous for its 1000 lakes and ancient traditions.

Open from June to September we offer our customers the opportunity to escape the stresses of everyday life and totally relax in a luxurious, fully furnished and equipped glamping tent. We provide everything you will need from bedding and towels to locally produced organic toiletries. We even have a library. To maintain the tranquility for our guests we have just 2 tents. So privacy is guaranteed. The only sounds you will hear at night will be the nightingales singing and the owls calling goodnight.

We have cooking and barbecue facilities if you want to do your own catering or we can cater for you, providing delicious meals cooked with produce we grow here and meat from our naturally raised, award winning Aberdeen Angus cattle.

If you want to venture further afield, there is a range of bars and restaurants within a 20 minute drive and a wealth of historic castles and places of interest to explore. The Chateaux of the Loire Valley are only an hour away as are the medieval towns of Poitiers and Limoges.
